All prices listed on this website are in CANADIAN & US dollars now that Canadian dollar is now worth slightly more than the US dollar.

There is NO MINIMUM ORDER. If you only need one set - you can order just one set. All shipping and handling costs are based on shipping from Canada via post office and shipping to most places in the world is no problem. Priority services via Canada Post are also available to most countries. I do live near Toronto International Airport and nearly all of the courier services are close by ( Fedex, UPS, Canpar, Purolator, etc.), so shipping via any worldwide courier is not a problem - though these can be very expensive. You, the customer, are responsible for any customs or duties for items shipped outside of Canada.

If placing an order - just send an email listing the items you would like to purchase - make sure that you state the scale of the items you want and your location ( for shipping charges ).

 

Shipping:

All decal orders are shipped using a padded envelope for protection. Most decal orders will have these shipping rates:

Canada = $1.25

US = $2.00

Outside Canada and US = $4.00

Orders containing items larger than decals are subject to actual shipping charges:

Most Canadian shipments are generally around $5-$8. US orders are in the $12 to $18 range if you want tracing and/or insurance. Packages to the US via Expedited mail now require a phone number on the customs slip. International shipments vary greatly on destination and size/weight of package and usually run anywhere in the $14-$47 range.

 

Taxes:

All Canadian sales are subject to the appropriate taxes:

- Customers from Ontario will pay GST of 5% and PST of 8%. Note that in Ontario, there is no PST on postage charges.

- Customers from Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon will pay GST of 5%.

- Customers from New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia will pay HST of 13%.

 

All International customers are responsible for any customs/taxes imposed by their Government upon importation.

 

Forms of payment:

Personal Cheque, International Money Order, Interac online transfer, online payments at Paypal as well as Visa, Mastercard and American Express ( not processed online).

I can accept online payment at Pay-Pal, which if you are signed up, you can use a credit card.. For more information: www.paypal.com. Paypal allows payment in Canadian dollars, which means I no longer need to convert to US funds if you are using paypal for your payment and in most cases, US customers will benefit from this as you will be paying based on the day to day exchange rate, which could be a little better than the rate I normally use to calculate the exchange.

 

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Credit Card payment can only be processed in Canadian dollars.

If you wish to order something - email me directly to determine if the item is currently in stock and further instructions. Please make sure you state the manufacturer, item number and description and price - also state currency you wish to use for payment and where in the world you are located for shipping charges. I will advise you of the total including shipping and other details to complete the transaction. All items will be shipped on the next business day after payment received. Pay-Pal is by far the fastest way to get payment to me. PLEASE DO NOT send payment without checking availability. I frequently receive payments in the mail for items that are out of stock and the sender never checked to see if the items were actually in stock and available.

If you have any questions, problems or require a scan of a particular item to determine if it is suitable for your needs please email me. Please refer to the various websites that are mentioned for more details on specific items where possible. I will try to honor scan requests as soon as I can and these will be subject to the item being actually in stock at the time. Any item purchased that is not what you expected can be returned for refund if it is in original - non opened condition. Also, in case you are unsure about dealing with me, I both buy and sell on ebay from time to time and have a favourable rating.

Also, please note that this is a part time business. I do have a full time job, so your email may not be answered right away, though I try to answer within 12 hours. If I happen to be away out of town for a show, it may be a couple of days before I can answer. HOWEVER, if you don't receive a reply within 72 hours, please send the email again as email does disappear into cyberspace once in a while.

PLEASE NOTE: Some Internet providers ( such as AOL ) have spam filters in place that may prevent my messages reaching you. I DO respond to all inquiries - usually in less than 12 hours. Check my show schedule - if I'm away at a show - expect a reply within 12 hours of the end of the show. If you do not receive a reply from me within 24 hours during the week or 48-72 hours on weekends when I'm away at shows ( or there is a notice on this page ), please resend your original message just in the off chance that I did not receive it. HOWEVER, ALSO CHECK with your ISP about their spam filter as no matter how many times I reply - my messages may never reach you. You may think I'm ignoring you or simply not responding - this is not the case - so if you do not receive a reply within a reasonable amount of time - please check the spam filters your ISP may be using. Or better yet - switch to an ISP that doesn't delete your email before you see it.

All items are brand new from the manufacturer UNLESS OTHERWISE stated either on the website or at time of your inquiry, however, packaging may show signs of wear from handling by customers and traveling to and from shows. Items which are no longer produced cannot be replaced if found to be defective. Items can be returned for refund or exchange only if they are not opened and returned in the same condition that they were in when shipped. DO NOT return anything within contacting me first. I do a large amount of business in decals and most stock turns over fairly quickly on popular items, however, less popular items may sit for a while and therefore may be in older packaging AND may have the packaging a little dog-earred from handling at shows, but are still considered brand new if there is no damage to the contents. Even some recent deliveries from Microscale have come in very old (15+ year) packaging, which can make things a little confusing to determine what is new and what is old.
